At Boxed Off Events, we strive to provide exceptional service and seamless event execution. To ensure the highest quality, we begin processing orders immediately upon confirmation, including sourcing supplies, raw materials, and branding event essentials.
Refund Eligibility
✔️ Cancellations within 24 hours of order confirmation – You are eligible for a full refund.
✔️ Cancellations after 24 hours – Unfortunately, we are unable to offer a refund as we commence procurement, preparation, and customization.
Non-Refundable Items & Services
• Custom-printed branded equipment, merchandise, or decor.
• Any special orders requiring upfront purchases.
• Logistics & setup fees, once preparations have begun.
Changes & Modifications
If you need to make adjustments to your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While refunds are restricted after 24 hours, we will do our best to accommodate reasonable changes.
